Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data InvestorPaisa collects, why, how long we keep it, and how you can have it deleted. It is written to meet India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Who we are
InvestorPaisa is a free, non-commercial website run by Amandeep in India. For this policy, InvestorPaisa is the data fiduciary for the personal data described below.
What we collect
- From Google, when you sign in: your name, email address and profile picture. Nothing else.
- What you save on the site: watchlists, saved screens and your workspace layout.
- Basic account activity: when your account was created and when you were last active.
- Security logs: IP addresses are used briefly to limit abusive traffic and are not stored with your account.
We do not collect your contacts, Google Drive, calendar or any other Google data, and we do not sell personal data.
Why we use it
- To sign you in and keep your account secure.
- To save and show your watchlists, screens and layout.
- To run the service: preventing abuse, fixing faults and counting overall usage.
How long we keep it
- Your account data is kept while your account exists.
- When you delete your account it is removed at once from our live database, and from backups within 30 days.
- Server logs are kept for up to 30 days and do not contain email addresses.
Deleting your account
Go to Account → Delete your account. This removes your profile, watchlists, saved screens and layout. You can also sign out of every device from the same page.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or erase your personal data, and you can withdraw consent by deleting your account. For any privacy question, request or complaint, email prodmandeep@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days.
Service providers
We use Google for sign-in, Vercel for hosting, Neon for the database, Upstash for rate limiting and an email provider for service alerts to administrators. They process data only to provide those services.
